Vince brings 17 years of experience as a North Carolina licensed tile installer and now serves as Project Manager for our installation team. His expertise spans all aspects of surface product installation, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.

As a seasoned professional, Vince oversees and coordinates installations across a variety of materials, guaranteeing quality, durability, and flawless execution. His keen attention to detail and deep industry knowledge make him an invaluable leader in delivering exceptional results.

Tyler has been a driving force in the home building and development industry since 2000. With a strong foundation in custom framing and structural design, he has played a key role in framing over 5,000 homes, constructing more than 250 custom single-family residences, and completing hundreds of remodeling projects. His expertise extends across neighborhood development, multi-family dwelling construction, and custom floor plan design, ensuring that every project is built with precision and purpose.

Beyond home construction, Tyler has a deep passion for outdoor living design, seamlessly integrating functional and stylish outdoor spaces into his projects. His ability to balance structural integrity with aesthetic appeal makes him a leader in creating homes that are both beautiful and built to last. As a dedicated team builder, he thrives on collaboration, guiding teams to execute projects with excellence and innovation.

Trey is our Quality Control Project Manager, ensuring that every job site stays clean, organized, and running efficiently from start to finish. He oversees all job site cleanup detail crews, managing material delivery, site staging, and breakdown to keep projects on schedule and in top condition.

With a dedicated team, Trey ensures that every worksite remains safe, tidy, and well-maintained throughout the construction process. In addition to his on-site management, he also runs our dumpster business, providing essential waste management solutions for seamless project execution.

Trey’s commitment to cleanliness and organization plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism that define our work.

Patrick is our detail expert, specializing in custom trim carpentry, cabinet building and installation, and millwork. With a meticulous eye for precision, he ensures that every finish is flawlessly executed, from intricate trim details to specialty finishes.

As the team leader for our finish crews and punch list teams, Patrick plays a critical role in delivering the final touches that bring each project to life. His expertise and commitment to excellence guarantee that every detail meets our highest standards.
